MOSTERT, DOCTOR JACO: COMMONWEALTH OF LEARNING

Dr Jaco Mostert, previously from the former Technikon South Africa, TSA (now incorporated into the New University of Southern Africa, UNISA)and I together at the 2nd Pan-Commonwealth Forum on Open Learning at the International Convention Centre in Durban ( 29 July-2 August 2002). It was co-organized by the National Association for Open and Distance Education in South Africa (NADEOSA). In that year, I served on the NADEOSA-Executive, representing the Free State and Northern Cape Provinces. Dr. Mostert is currently the Chief Economic Advisor to the Provincial Government of the Northern Cape.
