Local inhabitants are now complaining about the restrictions on the use of telephones, windmill chargers etc. Only now , in 2016 ,they starting to experience the negative impact on their livelyhood in Calvinia. Question is why did they wait untill now when this huge SKA project is about to take off ? Why did the authorities not informed them properly about the very huge consequences??? A very strange phenomenon appears between rocket science and common public administration..or is the ignorance of the politically illiterate just overlooked for the glamourous achievements of international splendor ???
