One of the problems of Open Learning resources is that authors still want a form of copyright on their work.
Creative commons is an organistation which grants copyright.
There are different creative commons licences.
When you go to the above link, you will see educational creative commons resources!
Subsequently when I quote scientific work on my Blog, I respect their Creative Commons
copyright and I also expect from readers to respect mine.
